Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers. No marketing fluff. If we don't know, we'll say so.

Getting Started

What is DNC scrubbing and why do I need it?

DNC scrubbing checks your lead list against the FTC's Do Not Call Registry to find numbers you can't legally call. TCPA says you have to do this at least every 31 days. Violations run $500-$1,500 per call. If you make outbound sales calls, you need this.

How do I start using EchoSafe?

Sign up at echosafe.app/signup. Upload a CSV with phone numbers. We scrub against 4M+ DNC records in under 30 seconds. Download your clean leads. Done.

Do I need technical skills to use EchoSafe?

No. If you can attach a file to an email, you can use EchoSafe. Drag-and-drop. No coding.

How long does scrubbing take?

Under 30 seconds for most lists. We process up to 10,000 numbers per minute.

Pricing & Billing

How much does EchoSafe cost?

$47/month for unlimited scrubbing of 5 area codes (Utah 801, 385, 435 + LA 323 + Vegas 702). Or $423/year (save 25%). 7-day free trial with 1,000 lead limit.

Are there hidden fees or per-lead charges?

No. $47/month = unlimited scrubbing. No setup fees. No per-lead costs. No enterprise sales calls. What you see is what you pay.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel in Account Settings. Access continues until end of billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

7-day trial lets you test before paying. After trial, no refunds on monthly plans. Annual plans refunded pro-rata for unused months.

Do you price per lead scrubbed?

No. Unlimited scrubbing at $47/month. Scrub 1 lead or 100,000 leads, same price. We pay FTC a fixed fee per area code, not per lookup, so we pass those savings to you.

Why is EchoSafe so much cheaper than competitors?

Simple: we don't sell your data. Competitors charge per lead because they also monetize your lead data to other agents. We charge a flat subscription rate and that's our only revenue. We're bootstrapped, not VC-funded, so there's no pressure to maximize extraction.

Privacy & Data Security

Do you track or sell my lead data?

No. We don't track your leads, analyze them for marketing, or sell them to anyone. Our revenue is subscriptions. That's it. We can't track you even if we wanted to—we never built those systems.

How is my data secured?

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure through Supabase. Row-level security means you only see your own data—even we can't cross accounts.

Can EchoSafe employees see my leads?

No. Lead data is encrypted and access is controlled by row-level security. Support staff can't access your leads without explicit permission (and only for debugging with your consent).

How long do you store my lead data?

TCPA requires 5-year audit logs, so that's how long we keep them. Auto-deleted after that. You can delete your data anytime from Settings—we don't keep anything longer than the law requires.

Do you use my data to train AI models?

No. We use Anthropic's enterprise API with zero data retention. Your leads aren't stored by us or Anthropic, and nothing gets used for model training.

Technical & Integration

What file formats do you accept?

CSV and Excel (XLSX). Standard columns: phone, name, email, address. The field mapper handles most formats automatically—just map your columns and go.

Can I integrate with my CRM?

Built-in CRM is included. Direct integrations with Follow Up Boss and Lofty are live. More CRM integrations on the roadmap.

Can I bulk upload multiple lists?

Yes. Upload up to 100,000 numbers per batch. Process multiple batches back-to-back. No per-lead limits on paid plans.

What if my CSV has weird formatting?

The field mapper handles most formats. Map your columns to our fields (phone, name, email, address) and we'll process it. If something breaks, send us the first 10 rows at support@echosafe.app.

Coverage & Data

What area codes do you cover?

All of Utah (801, 385, 435), Los Angeles (323), and Las Vegas (702). LA and Vegas are the top two migration sources into Utah—if you work Utah real estate, these are the leads on your desk.

Can I use EchoSafe if I'm not in Utah?

Yes, as long as your leads have our covered area codes (801, 385, 435, 323, 702). We're expanding based on demand—join the waitlist on our pricing page.

How many DNC records do you have?

2.2+ million across our 5 area codes. Updated daily from the official FTC National Do Not Call Registry.

Where does your DNC data come from?

Straight from the FTC National Do Not Call Registry. We pay the FTC directly for access—no third-party aggregator in the middle.

Do you check state DNC lists too?

Federal DNC registry only for now. Some states have separate lists. State-level DNC support is on the roadmap.

About EchoSafe

Who built EchoSafe?

Bedrock AI Systems, out of Salt Lake City. We build privacy-first automation for real estate, trades, and home services. EchoSafe started because a client asked why DNC scrubbing cost more than their CRM—and why the tool was selling their leads. We figured we could fix both problems. Bootstrapped, no VC.
